Faulty items Please contact us first by email or phone within 7 days of receiving it before returning a faulty item. The item must be received by us within 14 days of you receiving it. Faulty items will be replaced unless the item is no longer available, or cannot be made available within a reasonable time. In this case a refund will be made for the item.
Unwanted items An unwanted item may be returned if it is returned within 7 days of you receiving the item, and a full refund made as long as the item is returned to us in perfect unopened condition. If over 7 days, a return may be made at the discretion of The Model Kit Shop and again only if the item is returned to us in perfect unopened condition at your cost. In this case, a credit for the item will be given against a future purchase. Postage will not be refunded. The credit will be reduced in value by the amount of postage of the original order if this qualified for free postage. Failure to return the item in perfect resalable condition will result in the return being refused.
Refunds If a refund is agreed, the refund will be made using the same method as was used to pay for the item. Specifically if a credit or debit card were used the refund will only be made to the same card using the same payment method
