Shipping to the UK Orders will be shipped to addresses in the UK within one working day of ordering subject to availability of stock. You will be informed via email or phone if there is a problem with your order. Orders over £100 will be shipped free of postage charge, except for very heavy items such as compressors and tools. The standard postage charge depends on the total weight of the shipment and will be at least £2 and at most £10 per order. Royal Mail or Courier will be selected by us depending on the order. If a signature is required, you are responsible for making sure that whoever signs for the package is authorised to do so on your behalf. We cannot take any responsibility for the package if it is signed for by someone else.
Shipping to Europe and Rest of the World The Model Kit Shop is not obliged to satisfy any orders placed from outside the UK. If we do, the postage cost will be calculated depending on the country of delivery and will be confirmed by email once an order is placed. There may be an additional charge to cover shipping over and above the one listed on the checkout page. If this is the case, you will be informed by email or phone and asked to authorise the extra payment.
Insurance All packages are shipped uninsured. If you require insurance please notify us and an appropriate charge will be made and must be paid for before shipping of the order.
